Carpeturn.com has taken a number of steps in response to this public health emergency, adjusting our business operations to protect employees while continuing to meet customer needs. We are excited to offer SterilMax and SterilMax Select disinfection for apartments, common areas and homes.

Our 2-step process includes:

  1. Complete spraying of all surfaces, then wiping down all countertops, door knobs, vents, windows, blinds and bathroom fixtures, including interiors of appliances & cabinets
  2. Fogging the entire unit

If Carpeturn.com is installing or repairing flooring in a unit, simply add either SterilMax option as an "additional item" in your cart.

SterilMax treatments are completed after ALL other contractor work is finished before resident move-in.

SterilMax: $199 for apartment units up to 1,500 sq ft

SterilMax Select: $399 for apartment units up to 1,500 sq ft

Separate Bid

If flooring does not need to be installed or repaired, a bid will be provided so the order can be placed online.

Pricing on a per bid basis for areas >1,500 sq ft (ex. common areas and single-family homes)

These products can be used during the curent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and are listed on the EPA "List N: Disinfectant for use against SARS-CoV-2." These products meet EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
