Business Changes Related to Coronavirus Pandemic

COVID-19 is here for you and is closely monitoring developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are taking measures to ensure operations and services continue with the safety of all parties in mind. Actions to minimize risk to our customers, vendors and staff have been implemented and include the addition of readily available disinfectant sanitizers in each office, education of our employees about prevention steps, as well as encouraging staff who may not feel well to stay home and work remotely.

For the safety of you, your staff, residents and our flooring installers on your property, we have added the following temporary policies:

Limited site visits. sales representatives and quality control staff visit apartment communities on a limited basis and by appointment in an effort to minimize contact. Our employees continue to utilize phone, email and text messaging to ensure communications remain consistent with our customers.

Unlock units prior to installer arrival. Please coordinate with your sales representative to have units unlocked and open for installers ahead of time. Installers go directly to the unlocked unit to avoid entering property offices.

Temporary policy for occupied units. To ensure the safety of your residents & staff and our installers, has instituted the following temporary safety precautions for occupied and furnished flooring jobs:

  1. All personal items must be removed from the work area prior to our arrival.
  2. Unit to be vacant of resident(s) and property staff during the job.
  3. Disinfectant and protective gloves & masks are provided to installers to help make the work area safer for both residents and installers.

We encourage everyone to follow the protocols and guidelines put forth by public officials, World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). takes the health of our staff and customers very seriously and will continue to monitor this situation closely.
