Carpeturn.com never disposes of remnant material in your property dumpsters. In fact, we go several steps further. Once your post-consumer material is returned to a Carpeturn.com warehouse, we store it in container load quantities for recycling partners to forward all Nylon-based remnants and other petroleum-based products to recycling centers across the Southwest. Finally, "Evergreen Nylon Recycling" facilities process the remnant material back into the building block for Nylon fiber and help save over 300 tons of landfill waste per year. Shaw Industries & A-1 Planet Recycling Certified Collection Partner
Whether it’s end-of-life carpet or leftover materials from the production process, material historically seen as waste often still has value within the production cycle. Our manufacturer partners aim to find the highest value for reusing, recycling or otherwise diverting remnant material from landfills. Today's vertically integrated manufacturers produce many of their own ingredient materials and operate recycling facilities providing greater control of processes and opportunities for innovation – including designing with the end in mind.
